H2 builds human capacity through programs, coaching, workshops, keynotes and related services for individuals, organisations and educational institutions. This website provides information about H2 and lets you contact us. Information on the website is general and may change without notice.

2Our services are developmental, not clinical

H2's programs, coaching, workshops and content are educational and developmental. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic services and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment or care. Please consult a qualified professional for any medical or mental health concern.

3Enquiries and engagements

Submitting the contact form or messaging us is an enquiry only. It does not create a client relationship or oblige either side. Any paid program, coaching engagement, workshop or keynote is confirmed only through a written proposal, agreement or invoice accepted by both parties. Scope, fees, schedules, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and confidentiality for an engagement are set out in that document, which prevails over these terms for that engagement.

Program formats and durations described on the website are indicative. Each engagement is customised.

4Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information, or submit an enquiry on someone else's behalf without their authority.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users' data.
• Introduce viruses or harmful code, or interfere with how the website works.

• Use the website for any unlawful, harmful, harassing or fraudulent purpose.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, the H2 name, program names, frameworks such as the H2 Growth Journey (Clarity, Capacity, Consistency), the H2 Equation, the Inner Compass, the Human Performance Cycle, images and design, belongs to H2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from our content, or use our name, logos or frameworks, without our prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute resolution clause in a written agreement for an engagement, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website.
